• Site layout plans: evolving, phased site layout plans in AutoCAD, showing access, storage areas, site welfare facilities and crane positions.
• Method statements: we illustrate safe work sequences for complex structures or phases.
• Labour and plant: we size the labour and plant needed on site and check that the lifting equipment suits the project constraints.
• All-trades programmes: we produce summary programmes in Microsoft Project or Excel, with the labour histogram.
