• Quantity take-offs: we measure all trades in ATTIC+ and Excel, to check the quantities in the priced bill or to produce your own. We build the 3D model and the marked-up quantity drawings, by level and by type of work.
• Tender pricing: we break down the prices (direct costs, site overheads, service providers, subcontractor and supplier enquiries) through to the selling price.
