The managing director

MAXECO PARIS was founded by Maxime Mournetas, an engineer who graduated from ECOTEC in Cergy.

Before founding the consultancy, Maxime spent 10 years in cost estimating within general contractors. He therefore knows both sides of a project: the design, and the reality of the construction site and of tendering. This dual perspective is reflected in every take-off, every specification and every estimate.

Today he is your single point of contact, from the first consultation to final delivery.

The team

Maxime is supported by an apprentice and an intern, trained in the consultancy's methods and tools. Together, they can absorb your peaks in workload while maintaining the same high standards.

Our references

We work on private contracts, on behalf of engineering consultancies, general contractors and clients, on housing and retail projects, both new-build and refurbishment.

Since 2025, MAXECO PARIS has completed more than 15 assignments covering more than 1,100 homes and over €150m of construction work, including:

New multi-family housing : 12 projects of 20 to 361 homes in the Île-de-France region. All-trades quantity take-offs, technical specifications and LCA studies at tender stage, including several projects meeting the RE2020 2025 threshold and one certified NF Habitat HQE.
Luxury retail : three boutiques in Paris and Saint-Tropez, including a heritage building. Take-offs, specifications, cost estimates and tender analysis as part of a project management assignment, with high-end finishes.
Refurbishment : refurbishment and vertical extension of a building in Paris, with structural and demolition take-offs carried out for a general contractor.

We work with ATTIC+ for quantity take-offs, VIZCAB for RE2020 LCAs, BIM Office, as well asAutoCAD and Excel.
