• Technical proposals: we write structured technical proposals tailored to the award criteria, highlighting the labour and plant, methodologies and technical solutions proposed.
• Bid preparation and submission: we coordinate the preparation of the application and bid documents, check that all required documents are present and consistent, and support their upload to the e-procurement platforms.
