As an OPQTECC-certified consultancy, we carry out all-trades quantity take-offs, the 3D model and the marked-up quantity drawings in ATTIC+, based on the architect's drawings. The same quantities are used for the cost estimate, the specifications and the tender analysis, so the budget remains consistent from one stage to the next.

• Stage-by-stage estimates: we cost your project from sketch design to detailed design, checking at every stage that it stays within budget.
• All-trades quantity take-offs: structural works, building envelope, finishing trades and building services, with 2D and 3D marked-up quantity drawings.
• Specifications and bills: we write the technical specifications (CCTP) and the pricing schedules (DPGF, DQE), ready to be included in the tender package.
• Contractor tendering and bid analysis: we compare bids in detailed tables, identify discrepancies and omissions, and help you select the contractor.
