director<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>MAXECO PARIS<\/strong> was founded by <strong>Maxime Mournetas<\/strong>, an engineer who graduated from ECOTEC in Cergy.<\/p>\n<p>Before founding the consultancy, Maxime spent <strong>10 years in cost estimating within general contractors<\/strong>. He therefore knows both sides of a project: the design, and the reality of the construction site and of tendering.
